How to find us...
The Hayes clinic- 20 Grosvenor Ave, Hayes UB4 8NL - is situated at Hayes End between Hayes Town and Hillingdon and 10 minutes from South Ruislip.

From The A40
The clinic is 10 minutes drive from the Polish War Memorial or Target Roundabouts. Follow the Ruislip Road or Church Road to the White Heart Roundabout. At the roundabout take the exit into Yeading Lane (BP Garage on the corner), past the shops. At the traffic lights turn right into Kingshill Avenue, continue on for about a mile. Grosvenor Avenue is on the right hand side past Hayes AFC sports ground and playing fields and before the traffic lights at junction with Lansbury Drive.
The clinic is 100m along Grosvenor Avenue on the right hand side.

From The M4
At Junction 3 take the Hayes Bypass (A312) to the White Heart Roundabout, follow the directions as from the A40.

From Uxbridge or Hayes Town / Southall
From the Uxbridge Road (A4020), take the Lansbury Drive turning approximately 2 miles between Hillingdon and Hayes Town almost opposite the Beck Theatre. Carry on down Lansbury Drive at the junction with Kingshill Avenue turn right and then first left into Grosvenor Avenue. The clinic is 100m on the right hand side.

Bus Routes
The following buses all stop in Kingshill Avenue by the parade of shops. Bus 90, Bus 195 and Bus U7
Walk back to the crossroad with Lansbury Ave. Cross the road staying in Kingshill Avenue, Grosvenor Ave is the first turning on the left before you reach the playing fields.

How to find us...
The Watford clinic - 798 St Albans Rd, Watford WD25 9FF - is situated on the corner of St Albans Road (A412) and Kilby Close. It is about 2 miles North of Watford town centre, about 1/2 mile North of the Dome Roundabout with Asda and Sainsbury on the A41. It is 5 minutes by car from either Junction 5 or 6 of the M1 and Junction 18 or 20 of the M25.

Garston Bus garage is 5 minutes walk and there are bus stops right outside the clinic.
